King Solutions, Inc. is the result of creative ingenuity and bold dreams. King was built on the values of its
founders, Meyer Bolnick and Mike Patterson, as the bedrock of their company. Whether through employee relations or
giving back to the community with responsibility and pride, King Solutions has successfully infused its values throughout
the company.
Meyer and Mike were both born and raised in the Twin Cities area. They love having the ability to support their community and have created a culture of giving in the workplace. In additionto Torah Academy, King Solutions supports a number of other worthy causes on a monthly basis. Their annual highlight is sponsoring the golf tournament for the Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance every summer. (Charity and golf are Mike’s ultimate combo!)
Torah Academy is proud to honor King Solutions, Inc. — a business built on strong values and a role model of responsibility and commitment to the community.
Honor the memory of those members of our Torah Academy “family” who departed during the passed year in our special memorial tribute section to be published in our banquet journal.

Rabbi “JB” Borenstein was born with Torah Academy flowing through his veins. It
all began over 62 years ago with his beloved grandparents, Reb Shepsel and Tiba Roberts,
who helped to found the school. His father, Rabbi Larry Borenstein, has dedicated nearly
50 years to teaching children, and his mother Guita, of blessed memory, was a proud
member of Torah Academy’s very first class. And, of course, Rabbi Borenstein is a
graduate of Torah Academy himself.
Rabbi Borenstein represents the best of Torah Academy’s past and future. Today, through his creative and wide reaching fundraising as Executive Director, he has enlisted support for the school and endeared the community to its mission of a Jewish education for every Jewish child. He transformed the school’s annual dinner from a small internal affair, to a prestigious gala event and major fundraiser, attracting politicians, local celebrities, and countless supporters. Using his warmth, humility, and inimitable sense of humor, he has enabled Torah Academy to reach out to Jewish people of all affiliations and ages. From the recent establishment of the Torah Tots Early Childhood Center, to his dedication to the “Partners in Torah” program, Rabbi Borenstein has shown members of the community from all backgrounds that Torah learning, and Torah Academy, is for everyone.
Rabbi Borenstein, along with his wife Racheli and their six children, is building on his family’s legacy of devotion to Torah Academy. We applaud his “Decade of Dedication” as part of the Torah Academy team!
